A Mission Born from Urgency

India has the world's largest youth population. It also has one of the largest gaps between the skills taught in schools and the skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven world. GENESIS exists to close that gap.

Year Founded

One Vision. A Movement.

GENESIS was founded by Aryaveer Sangwan with a single, uncomfortable observation: India's brightest young minds were graduating without the skills to navigate the world they were entering.

Not because they lacked intelligence. But because the system hadn't caught up. Schools were teaching for yesterday's economy. Students were curious about AI, hungry for leadership skills, eager to tell their stories — but had nowhere to go.

GENESIS started as a conversation between a few students who believed that education could be different. It became a conference. The conference became a community. The community became a movement.

Today, GENESIS has successfully conducted its first national conference, bringing together students, educators, and industry experts to reimagine what youth development looks like in the age of AI.

Growing National Community

Equip. Inspire. Elevate.

GENESIS empowers Indian youth with the future-ready skills, mindsets, and networks they need to lead in an AI-driven world — through hands-on programs in artificial intelligence, leadership, communication, and innovation.

We believe every young Indian deserves access to world-class education — not as a privilege, but as a right. Our programs are designed to be accessible, actionable, and transformative.

A Generation That Builds.

We envision a generation of Indian youth who don't just consume technology — they create it. Who don't just follow leaders — they become them. Who don't just tell stories — they shape them.

By 2030, GENESIS aims to reach 1 million young Indians through programs, events, and community initiatives — building the most prepared generation of leaders India has ever produced.

Our Core Values

Leadership

We believe leadership is a practice, not a title. We build leaders who serve, decide, and inspire.

Innovation

We challenge students to question assumptions and design solutions for problems that matter.

Integrity

We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability — in everything we teach and everything we do.

Collaboration

The best ideas emerge from diverse minds working together. We build bridges, not silos.

Growth

We are committed to continuous learning — for our students, our team, and our organization.

Impact

We measure success not in attendance numbers, but in lives changed and futures transformed.

Founder & Director, GENESIS

The person behind the mission.

Aryaveer Sangwan founded GENESIS with a belief that's simple but radical: every young Indian deserves the chance to understand and shape the technologies defining their future.

Driven by a passion for education, AI, and youth empowerment, Aryaveer built GENESIS from the ground up — designing programs, building communities, and organizing India's first GENESIS Conference, all before most organizations would have finished their planning phase.

His approach to leadership is grounded in service — the belief that the best leaders are those who make others more capable, not more dependent.

“I didn't start GENESIS because I had all the answers. I started it because the questions were too important to ignore. Every young person who joins us makes the mission more real.”
